An accomplished composer and musician, Ilya Lipkin (The Re-Stoned, Rushus) set up his A FOGGY REALM in the end of 2009 to explore the mysterious realms of ambient-and-drone electroacoustics played live with an electric guitar and a bunch of effect pedals. The new album "Quasar & Void" has been written with the vocalist Eugene (Jack Vegas) Tkachov.
